For more than 40 years, local Builders have coveted the Reggie Award(SM) statue more than any other. Honoring the best homes in the Parade of Homes® by recognizing excellence in design and construction. All fall Parade of Homes entries can be judged (except for previous Reggie winning homes). Winners will take home the coveted Reggie statue.

The People's Choice Award was created to give a the general public a way to vote on their favorite home in the Tour. Tour visitors are given the opportunity to cast a vote for any home in the tour, may the best builder win.

LEED credits are awarded by third-party technical reviewers; are applicable to all building types throughout a building’s lifecycle; and are developed through several rounds of public comments and in collaboration with the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) board, broader membership and staff.
